Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible:
   •    Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
   •    Return requests for damaged or wrong items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

For approved cases, we provide:
   •    Store credit equal to the original purchase value.
   •    Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on future orders.
 

Exchanges

Need a different size or design?
   •    We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability.
   •    Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
   •    Returned items must be in original condition.
   •    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Custom Orders

All customized, tailored, or altered abayas are final sale and non-exchangeable, unless received damaged.

 Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours with:
   •    A clear photo of the item.
   •    Your full name and order number.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
